Worst experience ever! Was told when we scheduled the appointment for the oil change that we wanted any recalls fixed as well and they told us okay however when we got there they said they had to order a part after having the appointment scheduled for over 2 weeks! You couldn't watch your vehicle being serviced like most nice dealerships have the window. The service lobby was dirty and the couches were peeling. No Wi-Fi. There are no cars in the "showroom." Since we had to wait an hour we decided to look around at some of the used inventory... On the online inventory they claim that they have a Corvette, Aston Martin, etc. However when we asked the sales guy he said they don't have anything like that! So they lied about their inventory. We were quoted a certain price on the phone however when we went to pay the price increased. The printer wasn't working to print a proper receipt which is irritating since my car is under warranty and I wanted to prove that they had addressed the recalls. The coolant looks low but was not addressed and they didn't bother to wipe the oil off my engine. Any dealership I've taken cars to and spent money to have an oil change at the dealership has always washed and vacuumed my vehicle however not at this dump! This place is a sham!

I wrote a review of this sales person, I think back in August of 2022. We bought a Limited Venue 2022. Nice car. Sale person was nice and helpful . After rethinking the price on the car @ $26,000 , I looked at others cars like mine and they sold for $24,000 plus. My experience has been both ok and not great. I bought a Hyundai during the 2nd chances deal. I brought a cosigner. I went in to trade my Ford pickup for a different truck. I was told all I could get was Hyundai car. I should have just left so that's on me. When I got home I noticed a huge hole under the matt of driver side floor. Lady's lesson learned make sure to check under the shining matt's. Simon was my sales guy. I told him about having rescues and needing a truck. Needless to say I was not heard. Yes my credit is bad. I am working on that. My spouse died of stomach cancer and I lost everything. I have an auto immune disease that at times is really bad me so making doctors appointments is super important. So not only does the car not meet my needs I hate it also. It broke down the other day after only having it for about a month. In fact a light came on and said safely stop the vehicle and don't drive. The manager of the service dept. Reset the light and suggested I drive it home. Yeah right. So now I am in a loner car that I can't put my animals in ruining my 4th as I could not take my fur babies to the river,but now the dealership says pay for 2 years and will get you in a truck. No thanks. I will make my payments as I said I will, however I will be buying a truck somewhere else when the time comes. I feel so stupid for thinking there 2nd chance program was a blessing. The only people getting helped here is the dealership. They put me in a $27,000 dollar car and said no smoking no pets. Yet drive our car and advertise for us.Never buying from this place again. Grateful to Credit acceptance and my cosigner definitely not grateful for the piece of xxxx car I don't like and scared to drive. Not to mention that they don't care about how my animals needs are being met. I bought a truck that was "owned by the manager's uncle" before traded in. Since it was a family trade in, they assured me everything was great and "would last me a long time". I test drove a new Hyundai that I had thoroughly researched before I ever stepped on the lot. I asked a lot of questions, many of which they didn't know the answers to which is fine, but followed it up with additional nuggets of information that I knew were materially false, down to the number of colors available (they only had one color and said it was the only one you can get in spite of Hyundai.com's configurator). I wasn't prepared to buy that day which I was up front about, and on my way out of the dealership the sales person told me that if I was interested he could "Jew them down" on the price. When I told a coworker who is a gearhead that I test drove a car at Gray Epperson, he suggested I go elsewhere as apparently their reputation precedes them. It is my perception that they're still selling cars like the internet doesn't exist and buyers are ignorant and don't know their options. In the era of information, they should be helping you buy a car, not trying to sell you one.

About to my witts end with this place. Everything was fine at first, had an issue took it in got it fixed. Few months (1-2) later take it in for my first oil change tire rotation... fine... before that my front driver tire would go low enough to kick the sensor alarm on.. i air it up no problems (no more than 2-3 psi) ... tires were “rotated”? Right??? Then why is same tire doing same thing? Then my car starts making a “roaring sound” like the rotor is going bad again take it back in.... nope now its my tires b/c they haven’t been rotated.. they are cupping.... if they were cupping that bad it should have been on the service report...shouldn’t I have been notified of this like 2 weeks ago when I brought it in for oil/tire rotation. Now they tell me to bring it back in and they can see what can be done... why???? Now I need new tires.... so unless Y’all are gonna make this right by replacing my tires I will not waste any more of my money with this car or loose money to bring in by missing work again for yet another service appt in the <6 months I have owned this car!!!! I'm a single woman and had been shopping around in Chattanooga for a few weeks. Every dealership I visited pressured me and made me feel like I was in a hot seat. The rep would go find the manager and then the manager would pressure me And, when I would tell them my financial goals they made me feel like I was being unreasonable. One dealership told me my credit score was almost 100 points lower than it actually is and my rep here at Gray Epperson was shocked. Long story short out of all the dealerships I've visited over the last 2 to 3 weeks have either been rude or just plain shady. Ron Carelli was my sales rep and from the moment I contacted Gray Epperson they met me with good faith, no pressure, and a much better financial scenario on the vehicle I needed. I cannot recommend this dealership or Ron Carelli highly enough!

Our purchase went great until two weeks later when the power lift gate on my 2013 Ford Edge Limited stopped working properly. I called and made an appt, which took two more weeks. After the service dept looked at it they said "they can't fix it due to not having the parts and I would have to take it to the Ford Dealership it would be my responsibility" I then spoke with Jim about Hyundai helping get the lift gate fixed since it messed up only two weeks after my purchase, his response after speaking to his manager was, " you bought it as is, we did you a favor when giving you a power train warranty and we can't put any more money into ( that was an insult) we bought "as is" and it worked when we bought it! I thought since this was a minor fix for them they would stand on the good customer satisfaction and help with it. Like most people this nice vehicle is a new purchase to us and with the devotion to such a purchase we shouldn't have to fix anything on the vehicle , it doesn't matter how minor. It's very frustrating. Other than that I love my Ford Edge!

Called service department to schedule recall for PCB relay kit installation . Could not get though to service dept. Left message on voicemail, no response. Called Hyundai, they scheduled appointment. Got two reminder e-mails for safety recall appointment on 03-12-18 and 03-13-18 at 10:30 03-15-18 for Hyundai from dealership. Showed up at scheduled time, dealership didn't have part. Service guy suggested making another appointment, I said NO, not until the part is in your hand. If can't resolve will go to Long Hyundai.
